Dragon glass 8/9wt I Received my dragon glass 8/9wt rod a few weeks ago and I really enjoy the smooth action. It casts larger saltwater flies effortlessly and handles the coastal breeze well.It performs equally well in coastal surf and back bay estuaries. Great rod at a reasonable price. The quality of the rod is above it's price point and i couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. Delivery was quick and I was casting exactly one week from placing the order. The reel I received did not match the… The reel I received did not match the product photos on the website. Matter of fact, it still doesn't match the pictures they're keeping on the website. They have ignored my email asking why the reel did not match product images. I asked for a refund and was unable to once again reach anyone. If you want false product expectations and a 100% lack of customer service than Wade Rod Co and Pelican reels are your go to company!

Got it right out the package Got it right out the package, and put a shad fly on it. The dragon glass being smooth like butter sets the fly beautifully presenting it. Got a 7 pound bass on it and plenty of line and backing for even bigger fish and a whole lot of fun. I’d recommend it to anyone but maybe not the fiber glass for beginners but darn it is smooth!!!!!

After placing my order my card was… After placing my order my card was charged the same day, I did receive a order number however I received no word as to when my order would be delivered. Trying to contact the company was very difficult, after repeated email attempts finally I did hear from a person from another company that my rod would be shipped and a shipping label was generated with a tracking number. This tracking number did little good because the USPS informed me that the label was issued but they did not get the product to ship. Several email attempts later and the product was finally shipped and tracked. It has been a month and I do not have to product yet but I am told my the USPS it is to be delivered tomorrow. Poor communication.

I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt... I ordered my Dragon Glass 3wt and received it 5 days later, with email updates along the whole shipping process. Took it out on the water the same day it showed up and couldn’t be happier. Unbelievable flex and effortless cast.
