I can’t say enough about their professionalism working with me purchasing a rifle. There was a minor hiccup where the rifle was being shipped to but was immediately mitigated then receiving the rifle quite promptly. GBTombstone Tactical---the best gun shop… Tombstone Tactical---the best gun shop in AZ. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would recommend that everyone who is looking to purchase a gun, ammunition, or any accessories, take a trip to this store, if they don't have it, they'll get it for you quickly.

GBI have ordered 4 Henry rifles from… I have ordered 4 Henry rifles from Tombstone, The last 2 orders, I was never notified by Tombstone that the items were shipped. I had no idea when to expect them, The FFL dealer in my area told me the 3rd one sat there for a 1 1/2 weeks, i just happen to call them one day. the 4th one also arrived without notification, the FFL dealer called me to let me know it came in, Part of Tombstone email service says they will notify you when the shipper has shipped the item, this irrated the heck out of me......

GBBought the Hera group of accessories… Bought the Hera group of accessories for my AR, the fit was perfect, looks great and love the way the buttstock and grip are connected. The design strengthens the area of the lower at the buffer tube attachment point and transfers to the grip attachment point. Has the looks of a bullpup. The shipping was quick and the packaging is over the top, wish other companies packed this way. Thanks Tombstone Tactical, you're awesome. Expect more business from me in the future. Jim

GBhorrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.
