This company rocks! This company rocks!! In store product shipped much quicker than what's stated on the their website. The product was well packaged in a box to weather rough handling through automated sorting facilities. This means they actually "care" about how the product arrives. Return shopper will return again.

Im not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

Good Service when I could talk to someone. Shipment was delayed due to shipping company which is understandable but when I would call or email I would not get a response. When I did get someone on the phone they were very helpful and respectful. Company was great to deal with except for lack of communication. Would definitely purchase from again.

Good service. I have made a number of purchases from Tombstone tactical over several years. Shipping was fast and the quality was what I expected. This time the Local FFL was listed, so it made checkout easier. The website has changed about three times since I started shopping with Tombstone. This is probably my only complaint. The site works if you know what your looking for but browsing is not user friendly. The first website I used for Tombstone was simpler and faster. I will continue to use Tombstone. Thanks Sean

Earned recognition Just wanted to take the time to leave a review for all those either looking or considering Tombstone Tactical. I can’t say enough about their professionalism working with me purchasing a rifle. There was a minor hiccup where the rifle was being shipped to but was immediately mitigated then receiving the rifle quite promptly. Great job Tombstone Tactical, thank you for your services as I will continue to be a patron.
