Im not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

Bought the Hera group of accessories… Bought the Hera group of accessories for my AR, the fit was perfect, looks great and love the way the buttstock and grip are connected. The design strengthens the area of the lower at the buffer tube attachment point and transfers to the grip attachment point. Has the looks of a bullpup. The shipping was quick and the packaging is over the top, wish other companies packed this way. Thanks Tombstone Tactical, you're awesome. Expect more business from me in the future. Jim

horrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.

Best all around experience!! Best prices, free shipping, no CC fees, and no taxes out of state. I had to cancel one item on my order and they did it no questions asked. I ordered during the COVID-19 pandemic and they did say to allow extra days for processing. With that being said I did have to call for an update because it took longer than the granted days and they shipped out the next day.
