Good Service when I could talk to someone. Shipment was delayed due to shipping company which is understandable but when I would call or email I would not get a response. When I did get someone on the phone they were very helpful and respectful. Company was great to deal with except for lack of communication. Would definitely purchase from again.

Good service. I have made a number of purchases from Tombstone tactical over several years. Shipping was fast and the quality was what I expected. This time the Local FFL was listed, so it made checkout easier. The website has changed about three times since I started shopping with Tombstone. This is probably my only complaint. The site works if you know what your looking for but browsing is not user friendly. The first website I used for Tombstone was simpler and faster. I will continue to use Tombstone. Thanks Sean

Tombstone tactical is the best website… Tombstone tactical is the best website I have found. I always check it first before buying elsewhere and often I found their prices less than others. I have bought all my firearms from here except for one, as they where out. Shipping free and fast and the delivery date is so accurate. Love you guys. Keep up the outstanding job!

Im not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

Wrong product shipped; RIGHT customer service response!! My order was incorrectly filled; thus, I received the wrong product. That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! Robert used expedited shipping to get the correct product to me in less than a week. I have been, and I will continue to be a TT customer. Thank you for your great service.
