Best all around experience!! Best prices, free shipping, no CC fees, and no taxes out of state. I had to cancel one item on my order and they did it no questions asked. I ordered during the COVID-19 pandemic and they did say to allow extra days for processing. With that being said I did have to call for an update because it took longer than the granted days and they shipped out the next day.

Lengthy order delay I ordered a CZ 457 from Tombstone Tactical on Dec 08, and even though their website indicated that it was in stock, processed the order and quickly debited my account, turns out they were out of stock. They had to reorder it from a distributor, which was eventually received and sent it out via FedEX on Dec 28, it was finally delivered to the FFL on Jan 04. So, all in all i would say that it was a bad experience for me, mainly because this was a Christmas gift. I will say that their support staff was very pleasant and helpful each time we called regarding this order, hence the 2 stars. Moving forward, I doubt I will be doing business with them again.

This company rocks! This company rocks!! In store product shipped much quicker than what's stated on the their website. The product was well packaged in a box to weather rough handling through automated sorting facilities. This means they actually "care" about how the product arrives. Return shopper will return again.

A 5 star Outfit with a Big Rock in their communication road I know it is really strange times and guns and ammo are hot commodities! I know, I am a seller of ammunition and firearms.. The problem is you do not respond to emails, it is hit and miss, I have sent emails and week later no response... Really you guys are great, most of the time wonderful! In my opinion you need to have someone assigned to emails only! I know that staff is answering phone calls And looking at emails at same time, not efficient! Really Tombstone Tactical is Top Draw Company...just need to organize to a bit more efficient with customer communication... A big rock in that road, you just need to blast in off to the side!
