I ordered during the COVID-19 pandemic and they did say to allow extra days for processing. With that being said I did have to call for an update because it took longer than the granted days and they shipped out the next day.

Good Service when I could talk to someone. Shipment was delayed due to shipping company which is understandable but when I would call or email I would not get a response. When I did get someone on the phone they were very helpful and respectful. Company was great to deal with except for lack of communication. Would definitely purchase from again.

horrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.
