GBThis company rocks! This company rocks!! In store product shipped much quicker than what's stated on the their website. The product was well packaged in a box to weather rough handling through automated sorting facilities. This means they actually "care" about how the product arrives. Return shopper will return again.

GBIm not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

GBLengthy order delay I ordered a CZ 457 from Tombstone Tactical on Dec 08, and even though their website indicated that it was in stock, processed the order and quickly debited my account, turns out they were out of stock. They had to reorder it from a distributor, which was eventually received and sent it out via FedEX on Dec 28, it was finally delivered to the FFL on Jan 04. So, all in all i would say that it was a bad experience for me, mainly because this was a Christmas gift. I will say that their support staff was very pleasant and helpful each time we called regarding this order, hence the 2 stars. Moving forward, I doubt I will be doing business with them again.

GBhorrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical
