A 5 star Outfit with a Big Rock in their communication road I know it is really strange times and guns and ammo are hot commodities! I know, I am a seller of ammunition and firearms.. The problem is you do not respond to emails, it is hit and miss, I have sent emails and week later no response... Really you guys are great, most of the time wonderful! In my opinion you need to have someone assigned to emails only! I know that staff is answering phone calls And looking at emails at same time, not efficient! Really Tombstone Tactical is Top Draw Company...just need to organize to a bit more efficient with customer communication... A big rock in that road, you just need to blast in off to the side! Im not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical

Good service. I have made a number of purchases from Tombstone tactical over several years. Shipping was fast and the quality was what I expected. This time the Local FFL was listed, so it made checkout easier. The website has changed about three times since I started shopping with Tombstone. This is probably my only complaint. The site works if you know what your looking for but browsing is not user friendly. The first website I used for Tombstone was simpler and faster. I will continue to use Tombstone. Thanks Sean
