Have bought several spinning reels Have bought several spinning reels, pliers, landing net, braided line and flurocarbon line. No concerns. All well made. Oldest of my reels is several years old, still working well. Had an issue with one reel, a part came loose, customer service was great, sent me a spare part with no charge.

Customer Service is awesome Customer Service is awesome! Responded fast and fixed my issue. Had a rod arrive broken in half during shipment and they sent me a new one within 2 days. That is great customer service! I kept the broken one for spare parts in case I snap a tip or something....

Just got pliers on kastking called… Just got pliers on kastking called speed demons and they work excellent for fishing as well as around the house repairs. Would reccomend to anyone.

Horrific Customer Service - The Worst...Ever I gave a 2 because their baitcasting reels are incredible and I own 6 of them - love all of them. My rating is for their customer service which is hands down the worst experience I've ever had...ever. They farm it out to China and communication is difficult with the language barrier. I needed new knobs and asked them for help since they don't have them on their website...after 5 emails back and forth (no one answers their phones) I gave up and ordered generic from amazon. So sad, because I love their baitcasting reels but will never order from them again because of their horrific customer service.

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. He was very honest about their own products. Highly recommend this company they actually care. Ethan H
