Awesome customer service Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. Good Company I have a large amount of Kastking products, always had good customer service when there were any issues which are far and few between, not saying that you can't have issues, but with any companies product sometimes issues do happen. Also with the amount of gear I have, never had any issues with anything.

I have brought several rods and reels… I have brought several rods and reels from Kastking over 6+ years may have had 2 issues that i can recall but the customer service was very helpful and solved my issues. Kastking #1 in my book!

Have bought several spinning reels Have bought several spinning reels, pliers, landing net, braided line and flurocarbon line. No concerns. All well made. Oldest of my reels is several years old, still working well. Had an issue with one reel, a part came loose, customer service was great, sent me a spare part with no charge.
