Good luck to buyer who have ever purchased any kastking rods on eBay ( 1 year warranty, absolute and complete BS ) . and if you re having problems, issues with defective rods - CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER. This is the only solution for you ! ZERO customer support, rude and disgusting cs , takes days to receive blurry silly brainless response. eBay clearly states - 90 days left there is nothing we can do , try external methods ( external means - credit card or PayPal etc must step up ) or try to contact kastking again . Stay away from this * brand * ,

The Blackhawk 8 foot Telescopic Spinning Rod I use The Blackhawk 8 foot Telescopic rod combined with the speed demon 3000 reel loaded with kastking 15 lb braid. I mainly fish for Bass and Mullet in the summer and flatfish in the winter. I totally recommend this company’s tackle to any light fishing enthusiast out there. This gear is Affordable,strong,light and the reel is very smooth and does everything I expect from it.

Oldest of my reels is several years old, still working well. Had an issue with one reel, a part came loose, customer service was great, sent me a spare part with no charge.

I have brought several rods and reels… I have brought several rods and reels from Kastking over 6+ years may have had 2 issues that i can recall but the customer service was very helpful and solved my issues. Kastking #1 in my book!

No review = NO reel to review I ordered a kast king spinning reel and never recieved it. The company refused to respond to my 4 emails asking for a refund. Customer service is awful. Imagine if you have a problem with a reel? May as well throw it in the trash because kast king won't help you. I will make sure all the fisherman fishing our trail knows to avoid kast king.
