GBGood Company I have a large amount of Kastking products, always had good customer service when there were any issues which are far and few between, not saying that you can't have issues, but with any companies product sometimes issues do happen. Also with the amount of gear I have, never had any issues with anything.

GBCustomer service is terrible 3 days… Customer service is terrible 3 days between email responses. If you call DURING their hours of operation it goes to voicemail saying there’s no one in the office. Reel is crap came broken. Now I have to wait another month to get a replacement. Kastking is not a reliable company don’t buy from them.

GBI was having some Trouble with my… I was having some Trouble with my fishing real I called up and talk to I think captain Bryan bock I hope and pry I got his name right he was so helpful and knew exactly what was wrong I love all there products great price and great customer service will kip buying it 👍 😀

GBAwesome customer service Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. He was very honest about their own products. Highly recommend this company they actually care. Ethan H
