My experiences have always been good. Merchandise was as expected, prices were inline with other such companies, and service was outstanding.

GBI have purchased over the internet from… I have purchased over the internet from Midway and received orders in three days. I go through customer service and they yank me around. To almost 7 days, what is the difference between the internet and customer service. Through tracking it's still parked in Kansas City. I'm only a hour away.

GBArbitrarily stopped shipping magazines… Arbitrarily stopped shipping magazines to Oregon. Ballot Measure 114 has been put on LEGAL hold and has been since Dec 2022. Midway has taken it upon themselves to stop shipping any magazines, even those which would be legal under 114. Many other companies still do and I completed my purchase of .45 ACP 10 ROUND magazines elsewhere along with $1337 more for just one order. Spent thousands at Midway.. no more

GBI had the same experience as AF user… I had the same experience as AF user below. 3/25 I placed an order for ammo. And on 4/1 I called a few times to ask different representatives. They first said my order was placed on hold because of quality check. Then I was was transferred like the AF was, and I talked to the lady as well and they said because of the nature of your product we are no longer able to do business with you. What does that even mean? And then the other times I called back in they kept saying we can only ship to the address and billing address on file, I am like cool what is the hold up then? My information is that on the billing and shipping. Please send? *confused*

GBGreat customer service. I had some questions about shipping so I ended up placing my order the old fashioned way, with an operator. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He took time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. It's nice when you can talk to a person and a company doesn't just push everything to their website. I will keep buying from Midway.
