Classic gotcha policy's. Quality of items like gunsmith tools is Chinese terrible. Soft low quality steel bits snap off. Many other better company's to choose from.

GBMultiple orders with no issues Multiple orders with no issues. I just started ordering from Midwayusa.com this year. Thus far I placed 4 small orders for parts, and the process has been flawless, and the shipping was faster than I'd expect. Packages arrived on or before they were promised. Disappointing to read others have had bad experiences, and I'm hoping those are anomalies. I'll update my review if anything changes.

GBDecline of a once good company. I have dealt with Midway USA for many years and the experiences have been good and bad over the years but in the recent year their attention to customer care and service has dropped drastically. Apparently, the company has become so large they feel they no longer have to worry about customer care. My most recent order was lost in shipping (10 days) and the shipper (UPS) provided a case number but stated the shipper had to initiate the search. When I contacted Midway with this info they refused to do so until an additional 14 days had passed. SO, I have to wait at least 3 weeks to start the process on my lost package. In the meantime, I had to find and purchase the items elsewhere due to a deadline I had.

GBI had the same experience as AF user… I had the same experience as AF user below. 3/25 I placed an order for ammo. And on 4/1 I called a few times to ask different representatives. They first said my order was placed on hold because of quality check. Then I was was transferred like the AF was, and I talked to the lady as well and they said because of the nature of your product we are no longer able to do business with you. What does that even mean? And then the other times I called back in they kept saying we can only ship to the address and billing address on file, I am like cool what is the hold up then? My information is that on the billing and shipping. Please send? *confused*
