Classic gotcha policy's. Quality of items like gunsmith tools is Chinese terrible. Soft low quality steel bits snap off. Many other better company's to choose from.

GBMidway is NOW Overpriced … FOR OVER A YEAR NOW MIDWAY HAS BIDEN-LY INCREASED THEIR PRICES SO THEY ARE NOW ONE OF, IF NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE TO BUY, AND THEY WON'T ANSWER WHY. THEY EVEN DROPPED THE FREE SHIPPING OFFERS... SHOP ELSE WHERE...AND THIS REMINDS ME WHO ELSE IS HIGH PRICED THESE BIDEN-DAYS,..YES WAL- MART IS WAY OVER PRICED ON A LOT OF GOODS..I'VE STOPPED SHOPPING THE WALOFCHINA MART IN 1996 AND SAVED A LOT OF MONEY AS WELL NOT BUYING JUNK AND INFERIOR GROCERIES

GBI ordered on 1-11-2024 late at night… I ordered on 1-11-2024 late at night after hours, then on 1-12-2024 at 10:02 I get a text that my order was ready to ship. In this same email they offered a free frt starting 1-12-2024. I called them at 10:25am and Scott said I could not get it even if my package was in their warehouse as the order had cleared processing and was sorry for my inconvenance. So much for their customer service they advertise in their web sight

GBMultiple orders with no issues Multiple orders with no issues. I just started ordering from Midwayusa.com this year. Thus far I placed 4 small orders for parts, and the process has been flawless, and the shipping was faster than I'd expect. Packages arrived on or before they were promised. Disappointing to read others have had bad experiences, and I'm hoping those are anomalies. I'll update my review if anything changes.

GBBad ammo, Midway refused to make it right. Avoid this company. I ordered 2 boxes of Barnes ammo in 300 WinMag. The cost was $3.30 per round. It is very high quality ammo I commonly use. Typically the brass has highly polished brass cases with a mirror type of finish. What I received was blemished ammo cases with tooling marks (scratches). I contacted MidwayUSA and sent photos of this horrible looking. Their response “no returns/refunds on ammo and our QA/QC manager says it’s fine”. I know from past experience this was not Barnes quality ammo. I sent the same info to Barnes. They responded quickly and their QA/QC manager apologized and said it is not to their standard. They offered to replace the ammo and are sending it now. I used to give MidwayUSA plenty of business. That stopped today. They do not stand behind what they sell you and their customer service is horrible these days
