GBDecline of a once good company. I have dealt with Midway USA for many years and the experiences have been good and bad over the years but in the recent year their attention to customer care and service has dropped drastically. Apparently, the company has become so large they feel they no longer have to worry about customer care. My most recent order was lost in shipping (10 days) and the shipper (UPS) provided a case number but stated the shipper had to initiate the search. When I contacted Midway with this info they refused to do so until an additional 14 days had passed. SO, I have to wait at least 3 weeks to start the process on my lost package. In the meantime, I had to find and purchase the items elsewhere due to a deadline I had.

GBGreat customer service. I had some questions about shipping so I ended up placing my order the old fashioned way, with an operator. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He took time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. It's nice when you can talk to a person and a company doesn't just push everything to their website. I will keep buying from Midway.

GBAbsolutely the worst Absolutely the worst. I placed an online order, received a confirmation from their CEO assuring me of fast shipping and 3 weeks later, no order. After calling found out I was flagged for a “quality review” and they said they couldn’t reach me by phone so cancelled the order. They had the correct number, but lied about calling, I checked messages and missed call log and nothing. Heads up Midway, we dont place orders online to talk on the PHONE! My payment was good, I got a confirmation, no need for a sketchy call. Their chat rep actually accused me of not providing the correct info, even though he quoted my exact phone number when I asked. Run don’t walk away from this company.

GBLost buisness and saved me money Placed a $200 plus order and get a phone call to do a quality check because i paid with my wifes card. I was told they needed to speak to her to process the order, like talking to her over the phone is going to verify who she is,in 15 years this has never happened So i told the lady im good cancel the order. Did a little more searching for the items i wanted and ended up saving a lilttle over $40 bucks from another store. Thanks Midway USA, your incompetence saved me money!

GBDISHONEST, INCOMPETENT COMPANY!! This is a HORRENDOUS, DISHONEST COMPANY! They completely mangled a shipment of my order -- for the first time in my experience, their label apparentlty came off the box in shipment! -- they then misinformed me that the order had been delivered when, if fact, it had been delivered back to them (causing me to run around my neighborhood looking for it), and then once returned back to them they utterly refused to expedite reshipment or even to expedite my refund when I cancelled due to their incompetence! So at the end of the day MIDWAY USA will have held my money for about a month while never having PROPERLY shipped the product I purchased with those funds. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS. THIS IS NOT AN HONORABLE COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
