USI ordered the wrong fly line I ordered the wrong fly line, emailed and told them right after I purchased online. They got back to me within a week and told me via email what to do in order to get my refund. I sent the unopened package right back and they did some sort of update to my purchase online but never sent my refund and still have not replied to my requests for the refund. I wish I had reviewed their business more in depth before purchasing anything. Lesson learned but I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

USGo Somewhere Else I would recommend buying your gear elsewhere. I ordered two items, did not receive either. After I contacted this "company" they said they sold me an item that was not in stock and would refund my money. Weird that I had to reach out to them but fair enough. I also never received the other item, a $100+ bird bag. They have yet to address it months later. Go somewhere else and support a company that cares.

USI ordered an item in November 2023 and… I ordered an item in November 2023 and paid in full. I was promised delivery many times and it never delivered as they told me it was out of stock by the manufacturer. I Emailed the manufacturer and they replied that they have always had it in stock. I followed-up w Aventuron 10x. It took a lot effort on my part to get finally get them to agree to a refund. Be careful doing business with Aventuron.

USAVOID AT ALL COST!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This is for a buddy who is waaaaaay too nice and patient. He ordered a $7000 Yeti (that was supposedly in stock) the beginning of November and it's now December 11 with no bike. When he tried to cancel the order last week, they told him to read the fine print on the order. It gives them up to SIX WEEKS to ship a bike out and they said they would charge him 10% if he cancelled before the 6 weeks was up. In a world where customer service is a joke, this is a new low.
