GBAVOID AT ALL COST!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This is for a buddy who is waaaaaay too nice and patient. He ordered a $7000 Yeti (that was supposedly in stock) the beginning of November and it's now December 11 with no bike. When he tried to cancel the order last week, they told him to read the fine print on the order. It gives them up to SIX WEEKS to ship a bike out and they said they would charge him 10% if he cancelled before the 6 weeks was up. In a world where customer service is a joke, this is a new low.

GBThe cheaper price is NOT worth the poor experience!! They are closed 3 days a week so if you order at the wrong time, it can take over a week to ship. Customer service is rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't stock much and have your product shipped from the manufacturer (anything Helly Hansen in my experience). This company is a borderline scam and I can't imagine how horrible the return process would be!

GBMasquerading as a small family business Under the guise of a small local business these guys take your money and then NEVER ship the product. There are many explanations for these delays. They are definitely just about to ship your order. If you could just wait a bit longer. Heaven help you if you file a dispute. When your patience runs out, Sandy will send rude emails about the legitimacy of their business and how YOU are the problem. After all, Aventuron was just about to ship your order. Please remove your review if you still want it. Forget these jokers. They advertise deceptive pricing and don’t ship your order. Best bet is not to fall for their nonsense and buy directly from the manufacturers. It’s good to support small and local - but also ethical companies, which Aventuron is not.

GBGreat communication and service! Called and spoke to Aventuron before purchase. My questions were immediately answered and my fears of shipping put to rest. Smooth purchase, bike came well within promised time window. Was kept in the loop and the bike is beautiful. I would buy again from Aventuron, and would not hesitate to call them with any issues.
