GBI ordered an item in November 2023 and… I ordered an item in November 2023 and paid in full. I was promised delivery many times and it never delivered as they told me it was out of stock by the manufacturer. I Emailed the manufacturer and they replied that they have always had it in stock. I followed-up w Aventuron 10x. It took a lot effort on my part to get finally get them to agree to a refund. Be careful doing business with Aventuron.

GBThe staff will work with you, if you reach out to them. After placing my order a possible delivery issue came up. I reached out to the staff through their communications system. They responded promptly and were helpful. Everything worked out. My overall experience was very positive.

GBOrdered a Helly Hanson men’s jacket in… Ordered a Helly Hanson men’s jacket in navy blue, size XL. I was contacted days after the purchase to learn they advertised and sold this jacket they didn’t have. I was asked to choose a different color. I chose Black in XL… I was told it would be shipped without delay. I have waited for an extended period (more than 10 days) waiting for the shipping information and tracking number. Then I was again contacted and promised that I would receive the shipping/tracking information. But to date, I have not received the jacket. I have been provided no shipping information only empty promises! This retailer hides behind being a mall family business trying to offer brand name items at or lower prices than other retailers. Buyer beware! Do not purchase items because there is little that will happen & you will waste days/weeks watching for a delivery that hasn’t been sent! Shame Shame Shame on you!

GBThis company appears to piggy-back off… This company appears to piggy-back off of Google searches but does not have the inventory in stock -- yet lists it as in-stock when they take your money. I had to follow-up with them 3 times now and am still waiting for refund on 8/24 when item was ordered and paid for on 8/11. they do not answer telephone calls and have likely outsourced customer service to a remote location. Hate that when a business advertises itself as a small family-owned business but operates as money hungry e-tail business.

GBBike was not assembled! I bought a Surly Preamble Drop Bar at Aventuron because it was not available locally for me. After a week the bike finally shipped -- according to Aventuron, the bike needed to be assembled and repacked before shipping. However, when the bike arrived it was in a completely disassembled state -- disks for the brakes were not on the wheels, the bar was not taped, brake cables were not trimmed (one stuck out about two feet). I ended up having to take the bike to a local bike shop and pay about $100 to be properly assembled. Would not buy from Aventuron again!
