GBBike hasn’t shipped four weeks after I paid Ordered a bike that they said would take two weeks to arrive, I spoke to one of their representatives (possibly the owner) and she implied they had bikes in stock when I asked, four weeks later and it hasn’t even shipped. I would highly recommend avoiding aventuron, their prices are low because they dropship simple as that.

GBThe cheaper price is NOT worth the poor experience!! They are closed 3 days a week so if you order at the wrong time, it can take over a week to ship. Customer service is rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't stock much and have your product shipped from the manufacturer (anything Helly Hansen in my experience). This company is a borderline scam and I can't imagine how horrible the return process would be!

DKBought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike Bought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike, but no follow up information on shipping after a week. So I called and was told it will be there this week. Two weeks later still no bike and now no return of my calls or messages left on their web page chat box. If you don't have the item ready to ship, then don't take my money. Follow up to the message by the company. Before I bought the bike I rang up and asked if it would be delivered to MA. Was told no problem. Several times rang up and given timelines that did not hold true as well as having been promised return calls that were not followed up on. So don’t say you went above and beyond, you dropped the ball.

GBGreat online experience Great online experience. I was hoping to buy Surly frameset without traveling 60 miles to nearest dealer. The price was competitive, and FREE shipping. The frameset was beautiful, very well packaged. I will buy from Aventurine again.

GBQuick to take the money, not so to ship the product I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and while they are happy to take your money immediately, shipping the product seems to be something they are NOT interested in doing. Try and call their phone number BEFORE YOU ORDER and see if they answer. I can tell you they won't so when they don't you'll know NOT to order from them. I have sent 3 emails and only the first one was returned with a hollow promise that I would receive tracking info in a few days. I guess I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card and order the product elsewhere. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
