Bought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike Bought a Wahoo Indoor Kickr bike, but no follow up information on shipping after a week. So I called and was told it will be there this week. Two weeks later still no bike and now no return of my calls or messages left on their web page chat box. If you don't have the item ready to ship, then don't take my money. Follow up to the message by the company. Before I bought the bike I rang up and asked if it would be delivered to MA. Was told no problem. Several times rang up and given timelines that did not hold true as well as having been promised return calls that were not followed up on. So don’t say you went above and beyond, you dropped the ball.

The cheaper price is NOT worth the poor experience!! They are closed 3 days a week so if you order at the wrong time, it can take over a week to ship. Customer service is rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't stock much and have your product shipped from the manufacturer (anything Helly Hansen in my experience). This company is a borderline scam and I can't imagine how horrible the return process would be!

I ordered an item in November 2023 and… I ordered an item in November 2023 and paid in full. I was promised delivery many times and it never delivered as they told me it was out of stock by the manufacturer. I Emailed the manufacturer and they replied that they have always had it in stock. I followed-up w Aventuron 10x. It took a lot effort on my part to get finally get them to agree to a refund. Be careful doing business with Aventuron.

Quick to take the money, not so to ship the product I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and while they are happy to take your money immediately, shipping the product seems to be something they are NOT interested in doing. Try and call their phone number BEFORE YOU ORDER and see if they answer. I can tell you they won't so when they don't you'll know NOT to order from them. I have sent 3 emails and only the first one was returned with a hollow promise that I would receive tracking info in a few days. I guess I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card and order the product elsewhere. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Go Somewhere Else I would recommend buying your gear elsewhere. I ordered two items, did not receive either. After I contacted this "company" they said they sold me an item that was not in stock and would refund my money. Weird that I had to reach out to them but fair enough. I also never received the other item, a $100+ bird bag. They have yet to address it months later. Go somewhere else and support a company that cares.
