GBAVOID AT ALL COST!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This is for a buddy who is waaaaaay too nice and patient. He ordered a $7000 Yeti (that was supposedly in stock) the beginning of November and it's now December 11 with no bike. When he tried to cancel the order last week, they told him to read the fine print on the order. It gives them up to SIX WEEKS to ship a bike out and they said they would charge him 10% if he cancelled before the 6 weeks was up. In a world where customer service is a joke, this is a new low.

GBThe cheaper price is NOT worth the poor experience!! They are closed 3 days a week so if you order at the wrong time, it can take over a week to ship. Customer service is rude and unapologetic. It's clear that they don't stock much and have your product shipped from the manufacturer (anything Helly Hansen in my experience). This company is a borderline scam and I can't imagine how horrible the return process would be!

GBThey send fake promotions to customers… They send fake promotions to customers who sign up for emails, the cancel orders on specials that they have on their website because they call them mistakes. They are either scammers or extremely incompetent.

GBVery delayed shipping A while back I placed an order for wading boots, they did not arrive for over 1 month. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this was just a fluke. Recently I ordered a fly reel and it has been over 2 weeks. After reading other reviews here, I realize this it the company's business model. Never again.

GBBike hasn’t shipped four weeks after I paid Ordered a bike that they said would take two weeks to arrive, I spoke to one of their representatives (possibly the owner) and she implied they had bikes in stock when I asked, four weeks later and it hasn’t even shipped. I would highly recommend avoiding aventuron, their prices are low because they dropship simple as that.
