GBEver since cabelas sold out to… Ever since cabelas sold out to bassPro, It has been a slow winding spiral downward every day. Quality of products used to be top notch. Now a lot of there stuff is low quality and its buyer beware. Also out of stocks are a daily normal problem. And finally the helpful sales staff is gone and have been replaced by robots who seem to only be programmed for apathy

GBCan never login to my account Every single time I want to login to my account I have to reset my password. Instead of just emailing you a password reset email they will annoyingly want to email you a code that never arrives causing me to have to call because their chat window does not open in order to be able to use it. I have had to call many times to reset my password. After one of these times one of the reps maliciously changed my mailing address. I can't change my address because I can't even get into my account as well as the fact that I just had something delivered to my address so that only leaves a rep to manually change it. Unless it literally changed by itself which I highly doubt. The reps are nice at first and then become rude and act like you are the problem when it's their problem. I don't need to verify my mailing address for my account, email will suffice. They could just fic the issue their website is having rather then making people call all the time. The only plus is being able to talk to people that do not have thick accents that make it so I cannot understand anything they say.

GBSellers show no regard for customer's time whatsoever If you want to waste your time buying guns, powder, or primers at a high price, you are welcome to do so. They've built such a beautiful shop and hired indifferent sellers who sleep on the job.

GBWorst customer service I have ever had… Worst customer service I have ever had in gun department. 7 people waiting on two clerks, both having a 20 minute chat, one guy spent that time with a woman who had no DL and wanted to buy a gun, should have been a 3 minute deal, the 2nd guy spent his 20 minutes explaining MOA to two women that barely knew what a scope was. My turn and I was sent to the back of the line cuz I didn’t get a ticket from the que although we made eye contact and he knew I-was next in line, took my $1500.00 and spent it at my local gun store at the same price. Dummy who just doesn’t get customer service.l

GBDeceptive policy: no refund on Paypal purchases Bought a coat for my wife online and need to return it. They don't reimburse if you used PayPal; you can only get store credit/gift card. This is hidden in their return policies but not clarified when you're given the option to use Paypal to pay. This is another example of manipulative corporate policies being used to exploit customers. It is crooked, plain and simple. They have forever lost me as a customer.
