DKNo information, no delivery I ordered a scope for my friend in Minneapolis for Christmas on december 3th, got a confirmation, and told my friend that a parcel was on its way. Nothing happend, and then, when contacting Bass Pro I got told, that the order was cancelled since billig adress and delivering adress are different. I was not informed at any time, and now I can not get the item in time for Christmas. I am not pleased att all.

GBWorst customer service I have ever had… Worst customer service I have ever had in gun department. 7 people waiting on two clerks, both having a 20 minute chat, one guy spent that time with a woman who had no DL and wanted to buy a gun, should have been a 3 minute deal, the 2nd guy spent his 20 minutes explaining MOA to two women that barely knew what a scope was. My turn and I was sent to the back of the line cuz I didn’t get a ticket from the que although we made eye contact and he knew I-was next in line, took my $1500.00 and spent it at my local gun store at the same price. Dummy who just doesn’t get customer service.l

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Tiffany from the fraud prevention department wouldn't allow me to speak AT ALL. She was very disrespectful to me. I tried placing an order 3 times online and they would cancel it without notice. Then a supervisor provided me with a coupon code and they canceled the code without letting me know. Overall very bad experience so I won't buy here again.

GBOrder a new x-bow and it said it would… Order a new x-bow and it said it would take 5-6 days to arrive at the store. Well almost two weeks later and $2,500 later it still hasn't arrived. Then of course Bass Pro will not let you cancel an order just because it never arrived and make you wait until it finally shows up at the store. They should just shut down all online ordering since they refuse to help customers or even understand their own system.

GBEver since cabelas sold out to… Ever since cabelas sold out to bassPro, It has been a slow winding spiral downward every day. Quality of products used to be top notch. Now a lot of there stuff is low quality and its buyer beware. Also out of stocks are a daily normal problem. And finally the helpful sales staff is gone and have been replaced by robots who seem to only be programmed for apathy
