GBAncestryDNA has been great, greater with .csv files AncestryDNA has been great. It would be even greater if they could allow me to get the results in a .csv file or an excel file. I go out to places in the mountains where there is no internet connection searching for graves. It would help greatly if I could take the DNA results files with me out there.

GBOrigins that were never suspected From the time I received the instructions and materials, and then mailed it in, I looked forward to finding out what would be in my DNA. Part of what I found out from my DNA wasn't a surprise. I knew there was Irish from both parents. The surprise was in my mother. Her maiden name is Schiller, which is German. We had always thought there was German in her line. But the DNA found no German at all. Plus, there were many other nationalities that had never been suspected. It was all very exciting and interesting!

GBAverage I still can’t view the ‘traits’ section of my DNA analysis. An ‘error’ notice appears instead of the traits info. My sister is posted as my ‘brother’. Some (two) fun photos of my grandmother. Average experience.

AUConstant spam emails were not appropriate The amount of advertising email and spam from ancestry.com was ridiculous. While we were waiting on the results we were bombarded with spam email from ancestry. We have already purchased the service. The constant request for upgraded packages and more money was not appropriate.
Gregory and thanks for your order
GBI was bought the test by someone else… I was bought the test by someone else and it was not possible for me to transfer it to my self without having to phone and be talked through the process. The website was far too confusing. I was very pleased with the detail of the results but once again I found it very difficult to navigate round the e-mail I was sent.
