GBOrigins that were never suspected From the time I received the instructions and materials, and then mailed it in, I looked forward to finding out what would be in my DNA. Part of what I found out from my DNA wasn't a surprise. I knew there was Irish from both parents. The surprise was in my mother. Her maiden name is Schiller, which is German. We had always thought there was German in her line. But the DNA found no German at all. Plus, there were many other nationalities that had never been suspected. It was all very exciting and interesting!

GBAncestry and the Pandemic Ancestry was the answer for me during the pandemic. I couldn’t see my friends and family like I wished so that’s when I got to know my ancestors! I am still enjoying and getting better in my research and following the correct lineage. It has been my go to or way to get away from some of the clutter that sometimes surrounds us all!!

GBI was amazed to find my half sister in… I was amazed to find my half sister in the first week. I was very skeptical when I started this. After seeing a picture of her mom, I was astonished how much we look alike. This has been awesome. BTW, am adopted

GBAverage I still can’t view the ‘traits’ section of my DNA analysis. An ‘error’ notice appears instead of the traits info. My sister is posted as my ‘brother’. Some (two) fun photos of my grandmother. Average experience.
