I pre-ordered Sailor Moon Luna and… I pre-ordered Sailor Moon Luna and Artemis wedding figures and never received them I paid a deposit I emailed customer service when they would be shipping and nobody even responded the my order number is No. 12099

My First Experience My first experience purchasing from this seller went pretty smoothly and with ease. However, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple issues such as the tail tip was broken and Asta has a crack on his knee. I am not to sure how to fix these issues but overall I really do love the statue. I also had no way of really tracking my item so I didn’t know when it was gonna come in.
