You will get ghosted or scammed Absolutely horrible customer support. I needed to update my shipping address since I moved houses and they ghosted me for weeks. I emailed a second time asking for a refund because I had been ignored constantly and I finally got a reply telling me to be patient. Biggest scam. I'm not even confident I will receive my product or if it even exists in their system anymore. Do NOT buy from this company. You will lose money and get nothing but silence.

I love GK and i recommand I don't agree with the bad ratings i read, but maybe we didn't have the same experience. I ordered 7 resins, 2 received , still waiting for 5. The quality is really good, packaging is perfect, and if a piece is broken, you send a picture and GK do their best to send you a replacement. You just have to be patient, generally 6 months i would say If you pre order, 1 month and half maximum if it's a ready stock, and i live in France. I love this website, it's much cheaper and better quality compared to what is sold in France. Thanks GK, keep going !

A very pleasant experience! I was initially very nervous about buying a big expensive statue from a site I'd never heard of before - but all was good! It sadly arrived with the base broken in transit, but the support team were quick to reply to me and sent out a replacement base which arrived really quickly :) Extremely happy and would buy from again!

I ordered a Orihime resin from them and… I ordered a Orihime resin from them and it came really quickly with the air shipping option which was kinda pricey but totally worth it bc you won't have to wait long to receive your resin. I'd totally recommend ordering resins from them. And they're a legit website to order resins from.
