So far, all the figures that were released have arrived (except for one figure that was part of a set, where I was then told that it was no longer in stock, even though I had bought it. So the deposit was gone... (apparently the studio forgot it. I don't know how that can happen. But everyone has to decide for themselves whether they think it's the studio's fault or the shop's). At least I got a small discount code as "compensation"... There are phases when the support responds within one, but there have been times when I had to wait 10 days+ for an answer (maybe they were on vacation). But if you keep at it, sooner or later you always get an answer in my experience (this all applies to WhatsApp). I would like to highlight something positive: when I wanted to buy a figure and it was out of stock, the support managed to ask the studio. This figure then arrived with no problems.

Good Company They are legitimate! The pricing was amazing and the shipping price was also good. It will take a long time to ship but well worth it if you want to get your items at a cheaper price!

beautiful but fragile Your product are great but one part came brocken so I had to repart it myself and for a +600$ statue it's kind of sad you don't have spare parts to help your customers. (It was the belt on the back so not a big piece of the statue)

I love GK and i recommand I don't agree with the bad ratings i read, but maybe we didn't have the same experience. I ordered 7 resins, 2 received , still waiting for 5. The quality is really good, packaging is perfect, and if a piece is broken, you send a picture and GK do their best to send you a replacement. You just have to be patient, generally 6 months i would say If you pre order, 1 month and half maximum if it's a ready stock, and i live in France. I love this website, it's much cheaper and better quality compared to what is sold in France. Thanks GK, keep going !

I ordered a Orihime resin from them and… I ordered a Orihime resin from them and it came really quickly with the air shipping option which was kinda pricey but totally worth it bc you won't have to wait long to receive your resin. I'd totally recommend ordering resins from them. And they're a legit website to order resins from.
