On top of that the item was no longer in stock after waiting for a year. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund.

I emailed a second time asking for a refund because I had been ignored constantly and I finally got a reply telling me to be patient. Biggest scam. I'm not even confident I will receive my product or if it even exists in their system anymore. Do NOT buy from this company. You will lose money and get nothing but silence.
