USCommunication could use some major… Communication could use some major improvement. I kept reaching out for information on an order and would have to wait for weeks before getting a vague response. On top of that the item was no longer in stock after waiting for a year. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund.

GBA very pleasant experience! I was initially very nervous about buying a big expensive statue from a site I'd never heard of before - but all was good! It sadly arrived with the base broken in transit, but the support team were quick to reply to me and sent out a replacement base which arrived really quickly :) Extremely happy and would buy from again!

AUYou will get ghosted or scammed Absolutely horrible customer support. I needed to update my shipping address since I moved houses and they ghosted me for weeks. I emailed a second time asking for a refund because I had been ignored constantly and I finally got a reply telling me to be patient. Biggest scam. I'm not even confident I will receive my product or if it even exists in their system anymore. Do NOT buy from this company. You will lose money and get nothing but silence.

FRCustomer service I pre-ordered a figure 2 weeks ago and it turned out that it was out of stock. As it's written on their website, my order should have been automatically cancelled and my deposit refounded but after 2 mails there's still nothing. Like many people here, I feel like I'm being scammed and I hope I will get my money back soon.

US*Edited 4/21 - Refunded deposit Have waited over 2 years and *still* no statue! Their customer service has only responded once after numerous emails… They claimed to be “checking with the studio”. I’ve heard absolutely nothing since then (over 3 months ago). Genuinely don’t think I will ever get my item. *Update on 4/21 - Received a refund of my deposit. No response or cancellation email - just credited out of nowhere. As such, I’m going to revise to a more positive rating. They still need to improve customer service though at least I wasn’t scammed.
