GBI pre-ordered Sailor Moon Luna and… I pre-ordered Sailor Moon Luna and Artemis wedding figures and never received them I paid a deposit I emailed customer service when they would be shipping and nobody even responded the my order number is No. 12099

GBThe outer box was slightly damaged in… The outer box was slightly damaged in shipment, but because the figure was so well packed there was no damage to the actual figure!

GB*Edited 4/21 - Refunded deposit Have waited over 2 years and *still* no statue! Their customer service has only responded once after numerous emails… They claimed to be “checking with the studio”. I’ve heard absolutely nothing since then (over 3 months ago). Genuinely don’t think I will ever get my item. *Update on 4/21 - Received a refund of my deposit. No response or cancellation email - just credited out of nowhere. As such, I’m going to revise to a more positive rating. They still need to improve customer service though at least I wasn’t scammed.

SAthey separated me from my bd (gintoki) i never write reviews ever but they sent me this link via email and were like “how were we ^__^?” oh? this b!tch wants me to snitch so i will I preordered a limited edition figure in March last year and the release date was a few months from the time i placed the order so fast forward to SIX MONTHS past the release date and my shi is not only nowhere to be found it didn’t even ship! which reminds me of this lie “If the item(s) fail to ship after 6 months from the Estimate to Arrive (ETA) month provided at the time of purchase, customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount.” they thought i wouldn’t notice lmaoo i tried contacting customer service and sent emails nonstop but it was futile cuz nobody responded and it stayed like that for months but i didn’t give up i kept nagging i spent $416 TF when they finally responded they told me the item i PREORDERED was out of stock? hmm “Cancellation will be done automatically if product out of stock” this yall? they had the audacity to offer me a 50% coupon as an apology JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY i asked for a refund they agreed then took sooo long AND the amount was deducted mind u they would’ve never considered responding until i threatened to take it to court so yea run away if u value ur money.
