Extremely Dissatisfied with Product Quality and Customer Service I am acutely disappointed to leave this one-star review for Nen Culture, but the experience I've had leaves me no alternative. I purchased a "TANJIRO FOX MASK HOODIE" with high expectations, given the exceptional reputation of the brand and the attractive product images on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received was a far cry from the depicted product. The print on the hoodie was significantly blurred to a point where it was unrecognizable, and the material quality was, to my dismay, very poor. In an effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to the Nen Culture Support team. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a quick response and an effective solution, but I was faced with radio silence. It's been over a month since my initial complaint, but my emails remain unanswered - a disappointing example of negligence and disconcerting lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Not only did the product fail to meet the expected quality standards, but the subsequent lack of customer service has also been equally, if not more, disappointing. Consequently, I am left feeling let down by this once-trusted company, making it difficult for me to recommend their products and services to others. If you value quality and responsive customer service, I would caution you to consider other options before choosing Nen Culture. I, unfortunately, learned this the hard way.

Items received good quality Ts Firstly I did receive my items - alot of other reviews which did get me worried. It did take about 15 business days to arrive which their support did say would be the case when I contacted them via email. Tracking was better once the package arrived in the UK. The quality of the t-shirts are very good as is the fit I ordered a large for a more fitted look and an xl for that little bit of room and both fits are very good. Personal preference on the finish though is I am not really a fan of the press on plastic feel print as I prefer a printed design finish however I would order again from here as the Ts themselves are very good quality but just know now to expect a little wait.

The print is like a solid piece of rubber, the fabric in that place is just unfoldable basically. So yeah, instagram quality looks completely fake, don't buy it

I never received my order I never received my order. Whenever I confronted the customer service team, they would just send me the same generic emails. The tracking information only showed 'shipping information received' over a month after my purchase, and they repeatedly claimed it was on its way. The only reason I didn't give this a 1-star rating is because they did eventually refund my money. However, I can't guarantee that this will happen to you, so I strongly advise against buying from them

Ordered a hoodie 6 months ago never arrived Ordered a hoodie 6 months ago, never received it. They said they'd give me a refund, then they switched it up saying they'd send another parcel. I refused, demanding my refund and this was their response: Hello there, Thank you for your reply. I'll pass on your request. Thank you for your patience. Kind Regards, Lorena Custom Support Team Nen Culture Terrible support. I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE: I got my refund, it only took me posting a story about it on my 70K IG account.
