GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - RIP OFF Poor quality, bad sizing, terrible customer service. Can't get replacement hoodie or a refund. Just keep getting the same worded email reply saying they're doing their utmost to process my return. It's now been 6 months of trying and still nothing. Spent money on the hoodie I don't have and the cost to return tracked to Spain from UK. Am out of pocket and angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

EEScam Ordered a t-shirt from them hoping to get a good quality product, but received the opposite. Print is awful, blurry plastic sticker. Everything they promising on a website is complete bs. Delivery took a whole month (from China), not 1-2 weeks. Customer service non existent, products itself have bad fit and horrible quality. Images and real products don't match. Not sure if this even legal.

DEGood quality with the product Good quality with the product - no refund after return. After a lot of e-mail contact, the support always asked for a tracking number for a refund and refused to repay the money. Also they were very ignorant about the matter. After checking with DHL, that the package has arrived at their location, the were also denying this. Very bad, would not recoomend this.

ES5/5, happy with my purchase :) I received some days ago my package, shipping was not even 2 weeks, and all I have to say I am so happy with my order. Quality is so nice and for the price no need more to say. Customer service responded fast my inquires aswell I will be buying here more in the future, so I recommend you guys Nen Culture!

ROOrdered a hoodie 6 months ago never arrived Ordered a hoodie 6 months ago, never received it. They said they'd give me a refund, then they switched it up saying they'd send another parcel. I refused, demanding my refund and this was their response: Hello there, Thank you for your reply. I'll pass on your request. Thank you for your patience. Kind Regards, Lorena Custom Support Team Nen Culture Terrible support. I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE: I got my refund, it only took me posting a story about it on my 70K IG account.
