Finally received my hose! Finally received my hose after waiting, for what seemed forever, for them to get back into production after their mishap. Am currently trying it out in 30 degree weather and so far seems to work as advertised. Looks to be of high quality and made in the USA!

Exceptional customer service This is the second time I've ordered from this company and was again met with exceptional customer service. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs on a freeze-free hose. I highly recommend them. That sort of customer service is a rare treat.

Great experience and products! Very helpful in guiding me to the products I needed. Fast shipping. Quality products. I have only been able to put together one sewer hose so far with the heat trace. I also bought the Add-A-Stat to conserve electricity. I went outside when the temperature dropped below the turn-on temp and I could feel that the hose was warm.

It's a little early, but since you insist... Well, so far, so good. Since this is your second request for a review and I've had my heated hose for a whole week already, I feel well qualified to report that water has successfully flowed through it for the entire week. It has been plugged in to its thermostat and hasn't shorted out or electrocuted anyone (yet), and since water flowed continuously even though temps dropped below 30 twice, I assume that the controller works well, too. Since we're in Montana I'd recommend that you check back, say, around the end of January and then maybe I can report on some real experience other than the fine delivery service (UPS).
