A five stars... a great company... great products... great prices!! I gave you a five star rating because I wanted to ask a question before buying something that possibly would not work for my application. I got a call back and not only did I get my question answered the suggestions for my application was much better than I had envisioned, much easier and saved me a ton of money (money that would have gone in their pocket). So I ordered the suggested products right then and have already received them. Their quality are great. This is a great company!

Junk The temperature sensor wouldn't fit in the box with the extension cord plugs attached. When pulling the extension cord plugs out of the temperature sensor the whole sensor fell apart. Threw the box and the sensor away, not worth the effort to return. Just hope the heated hose isn’t junk as well but won’t know until freezing temperature.

Finally received my hose! Finally received my hose after waiting, for what seemed forever, for them to get back into production after their mishap. Am currently trying it out in 30 degree weather and so far seems to work as advertised. Looks to be of high quality and made in the USA!

Been looking for a replacement freeze… Been looking for a replacement freeze valve for a while the original one on my system is leaking and staining the roof. Received ,changed out and no more leaks . Hopefully it does the job in the winter if required
