Exceptional customer service Ordered the heated water hose back in December for my RV and used it without fail until two weekends ago. Dropped the hose will putting it back in the RV and literally broke the fitting off the hose. Emailed customer service describing the situation, along with a photo of the broken hose and SmartTech had a replacement hose in route to me before I even got the damaged one returned. Really appreciate the great customer service and standing behind their product. Highly recommend.

Finally received my hose! Finally received my hose after waiting, for what seemed forever, for them to get back into production after their mishap. Am currently trying it out in 30 degree weather and so far seems to work as advertised. Looks to be of high quality and made in the USA!

They both are working great! The Add-A-Stat turns on at 35* just as stated. And turns off at the right time too. Thank you for this product! I highly recommend these 2 products.

Been looking for a replacement freeze… Been looking for a replacement freeze valve for a while the original one on my system is leaking and staining the roof. Received ,changed out and no more leaks . Hopefully it does the job in the winter if required
