Awesome communication and great customer service! These guys were great! I placed an order for a bunch of stuff, including a couple large glass carboys. They had everything in stock and quickly contacted me to let me know that their shipping calculator on the site had made an error in calculating the shipping rates (it was going to be more to ship from California to Florida than the site had calculated). As a small business owner myself, I know the pains involved in shipping, so the fact that they contacted me and were willing to work with me to correct the shipping issue was awesome. You just don't get that type of one on one communication with large companies.

We ordered everything on his list since he is in college and has very little money. We received his thank you card today and he felt bad that we spent $500 and bought everything he wanted.
