Awesome communication and great customer service! These guys were great! I placed an order for a bunch of stuff, including a couple large glass carboys. They had everything in stock and quickly contacted me to let me know that their shipping calculator on the site had made an error in calculating the shipping rates (it was going to be more to ship from California to Florida than the site had calculated). As a small business owner myself, I know the pains involved in shipping, so the fact that they contacted me and were willing to work with me to correct the shipping issue was awesome. You just don't get that type of one on one communication with large companies.

Above and beyond my expectations My first order didn't go through but I thought it had. Cary did all he could to find that nonexistent order. And when I placed the order for good, he offered to deliver my package sooner than the scheduled pickup. He even called to remind me instead of waiting to hear from me. :) Thank you Cary! Aside from excellent service, we got great prices from the website. My second order went without a hitch and the carboy I got was a higher quality than I expected.
