Brew PS DROPS THE BALL! I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!

Great Prices, good customer service...not much to complain about. Good experiance using Brew PS. They have a decent selection and prices are solid. Order promptly recieved. My recommendation would be to expand the variety of brew ingredients and include AA% on current hops provided etc. Response time to emails has at times been slow. Also certain equipment items arent always on hand / in stock and have to be special ordered by BrewPS. Despite wanting to support the local business, if it has to be special ordered with a 1-2 week turnaround time, the customer will order it somewhere else to receive it in the same time if not sooner.

Great prices and quality! I've purchased several of my brew-making ingredients from these guys and nothing but good things to say about speed of delivery and the quality of products and ingredients that I've purchased. Definitely my source for brew stuff!
