Nine days in… I am just nine days in and am still in the fingers 'very sore' stage but I am enjoying the lessons immensely. I am a 73 year old complete beginner following both Lisa's and Anders' 'Guitar Fundamentals 1' concurrently and there is no doubt that I am making progress. I hate to look back but I wish I had done this years ago but, looking forward, I am confident that with Guitar Tricks I will learn to play guitar. Fantastic!

I am a 70 year old man that thought I… I am a 70 year old man that thought I was too old to learn to play guitar. Will I was wrong I found out I was wrong. I found Guitar tricks!! It opened up a whole new world for me. I have a pretty bad memory but with Guitar tricks I can go as slow as I want until it sinks in. I love using Guitar tricks, it’s fun learning now because it doesn’t feel like work anymore. I wish it was around years ago when I first tried to learn. So far as a beginner I think the… So far as a beginner I think the lessons are great. I like the structured approach and the chance to go really slowly. If I catch on fast, I go to the next lesson, but if it's hard or more interesting, the teacher goes at that pace. I hope the quality continues as I progress.

After many years, I finally decided to take this online… I finally decided to take this online guitar course after decades of not playing the guitar. The starting course by Anders Mouridsen is excellent. They may sound "elemental", but are not. Just the opposite. It is truly enjoyable and with patience, it will teach you the ABC's of guitar playing if you dedicate yourself to it. Hopefully by the end of the summer of 2024, I'll be inducted into the R&RHOF...!!

Excellent value! I have greatly appreciated Guitar Tricks' course work. Not knowing anything about playing I've appreciated how basic, short, and encouraging each lesson is. It gives you time to pause, re start watch, listen and learn. If you have trouble you can always go back. Anders is very encouraging and online nice, the kind of person you wish you could be friends with. For a very new player he slows down and shows every step. Overall I am extremely satisfied and it is well worth the cost. 1 week and I am comfortable with four chords.
