GBSo far I've had a very positive… So far I've had a very positive experience with this lesson plan. I'm only on chapter 3 of the guitar fundamentals 1. But so far everything is broken down to manageable size lessons that by the end. all the small lessons come together to a complete thought. The customer service has been great also. And there is so much information I haven't even discovered it all yet. Imo if your thinking about getting it. Just go for the whole year membership and take your time with it. Definitely worth it.

GBEasy To Follow I have wanted to play guitar for years. I have an acoustic and an electric guitar and I very occasionally pick them up but am completely clueless as to what to do with them. I came across Guitar Tricks and decided to give it a go. It's been great. Lessons are clear and manageable and although I only started a few days ago I already feel like I am progressing and improving. I've learned some basic chords and am now learning how to change through them. I'm strumming and there feels like there's purpose to what I am doing. Can't wait to practice some more. Only thing holding me back is the sore fingers.

GBI just started using Guitar Tricks I just started using Guitar Tricks, and I have been trying to learn to play the guitar off and on for 40 years! I had books and I would practice for several months, get frustrated and quit for a year or more. This process has continued and I haven't gotten very far. I already see a huge advantage to having a person talk about the lesson and demonstrate the lesson for you. I didn't even know that I should use my fingertips! I'm excited to continue and see where this leads me. I think the instructor is good at talking you out of becoming frustrated, which has been my major problem.

GBGreat learning tool. I think guitar tricks will help set my playing on fire. I love the way it's structured.

AUI have started and stopped playing… I have started and stopped playing guitar many times. Started as a teenager, and tried to learn from books. I learned basic chords, and a few songs, but would get bored and dissatisfied and quit. Now at 49, I am determined to finally play guitar well enough to enjoy playing for myself and with other musicians. I started guitar tricks one week ago, and it is the best money I have spent learning guitar. I started with the fundamentals 1 course and can’t believe how fast my skills have increased in such a short time. The course exercises build upon one another in such an organised and well thought out manner. I wish I had access to this 30 years ago. I enrolled in a music theory class at university, and was so overwhelmed, I had to drop out after 3 days. In one week, I have already memorised the notes on the fret board. It has been so fun and enjoyable, that my intention to just practice for 10-30 minutes has turned into 2-3 hours per day, because I lose track of time, and get so excited to see what is next in the course exercises.
