Excellent value! I have greatly appreciated Guitar Tricks' course work. Not knowing anything about playing I've appreciated how basic, short, and encouraging each lesson is. It gives you time to pause, re start watch, listen and learn. If you have trouble you can always go back. Anders is very encouraging and online nice, the kind of person you wish you could be friends with. For a very new player he slows down and shows every step. Overall I am extremely satisfied and it is well worth the cost. 1 week and I am comfortable with four chords.

Guitar Tricks is well worth it I recently joined Guitar Tricks. The beginners fundamentals course is well structured, with short videos that don't overload with information. The guitar tutor is very good and encourages all the time. Really enjoying it so far. I'm glad I have joined Guitar Tricks and would recommend it to others looking to learn the guitar.

After many years, I finally decided to take this online… I finally decided to take this online guitar course after decades of not playing the guitar. The starting course by Anders Mouridsen is excellent. They may sound "elemental", but are not. Just the opposite. It is truly enjoyable and with patience, it will teach you the ABC's of guitar playing if you dedicate yourself to it. Hopefully by the end of the summer of 2024, I'll be inducted into the R&RHOF...!!

Easy To Follow I have wanted to play guitar for years. I have an acoustic and an electric guitar and I very occasionally pick them up but am completely clueless as to what to do with them. I came across Guitar Tricks and decided to give it a go. It's been great. Lessons are clear and manageable and although I only started a few days ago I already feel like I am progressing and improving. I've learned some basic chords and am now learning how to change through them. I'm strumming and there feels like there's purpose to what I am doing. Can't wait to practice some more. Only thing holding me back is the sore fingers.

Nine days in… I am just nine days in and am still in the fingers 'very sore' stage but I am enjoying the lessons immensely. I am a 73 year old complete beginner following both Lisa's and Anders' 'Guitar Fundamentals 1' concurrently and there is no doubt that I am making progress. I hate to look back but I wish I had done this years ago but, looking forward, I am confident that with Guitar Tricks I will learn to play guitar. Fantastic!
