I did not expect they would send it to me via FedEx and that it would reach me so fast. Even though the photograph wasn't for a Christmas gift, it is actually for me, I am greatful that it arrived sooner than expected. The autograph has been authenticated by Beckett and it is super beautiful. All I am missing now is Meridith, so I can have both in my collection. I am hoping you guys will have it in stock some time. I have looked and you don't seem to have any right now. I can always look on eBay.. but if you get one, please let me know. I am very interested. Great service, prices could be lower. After some research, I decided to choose this store. Customer service was excellent. I had a few questions about a particular poster I really wanted to get, and they were friendly and patient, putting to rest all of my doubts. I finally ordered, and I couldn’t be happier. Packing was very secure, although I must say, that my merchandise arrived a bit later than expected. The only other negative issue I would like to point out is about the prices: I do believe autographs are on the expensive side. Also, I would love it if there was more variety when it comes to bigger sized movie posters. For me to be a regular customer In the future, they have to consider revising prices, and make them a little more affordable.

A Gem for a collector like myself I recently bought four autographed cards signed by the cast of Friends, and I must say, they have exceeded all expectations. Over the years, I've amassed a modest amount of autographs and these have quickly become a gem in my collection. The attention to detail in the autographs analysis show how dedicated Mr. Fre is. I have four beautiful separate photographs and I intend to get them framed with the cards together with beautiful matching mats. The professionalism of their customer service is top-notch. They sent me delivery updates and let me know as soon as my shipment was out for delivery, which was super helpful. It's evident this store cares for their customers and make you feel at ease since nowadays you cannot trust the authenticity of everything you see and worry if you are going to receive your merchandise. This set of four photographs with signed cards, will add a personal touch to my space. As a collector, this epic series will always bring me memories that are priceless to me. Also, important to add is the impeccable packaging. The cards arrived in pristine condition, securely protected to prevent any damage during transit. Delivering a quality product safely into my hands like this, well I am most grateful for this. I look forward to adding more collectibles to my memorabilia space in the future.

Avoid GoAutographs.com I ordered a Robert Redford autograph from the website and it did not pass JSA authentication, which cost me $75. I reached out to the website and they stated I have to pay shipping, along with taking the hit on the $75 authentication fee. Per the website, "Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs of unwanted merchandise. This autograph is authentic and not passing JSA’s opinion does not change this fact." JSA is the leader in signature authentication. I asked if I took the poster to Beckett and they said it was fake, if they would refund me the $75 and no response. I do not recommend this website for two reasons: 1. If your autograph is deemed not authentic and you want to return it, you pay the shipping. 2. If JSA, or any other reputable authenticator deems your signature fake, GoAutographs does not believe you. They only believe in their own COA, which is worthless if others deem you fake. It is sad it had to come to this review when I wanted to return this poster and get my authentication fee paid for since the autograph was deemed fake. I worry for the next buyer since I feel this same poster will be reuploaded for sale on their website. Update*** As I stated before, JSA states it takes 4-6 weeks for their LOA to be mailed. Once it arrives, I will send you a photo of their opinion, along with proof of purchase. Update (#3) - After speaking with Julia with GoAutographs, I changed their rating from a 1 star to a 3 star due to the quick communication.

Pleased A few years back my daughter was upset with me for not letting her go to the Ariana Grande concert, and since then she didn’t go on tour again, so to make it up to her I got this signed poster for her birthday and I was a little disappointed that they don’t give you the option to send it as a gift . I had a little bit of a difficult time wrapping a poster so they should definitely consider adding this service. But other than that I am very happy my little girl forgave me, so mission accomplished!
