Pleased A few years back my daughter was upset with me for not letting her go to the Ariana Grande concert, and since then she didn’t go on tour again, so to make it up to her I got this signed poster for her birthday and I was a little disappointed that they don’t give you the option to send it as a gift . I had a little bit of a difficult time wrapping a poster so they should definitely consider adding this service. But other than that I am very happy my little girl forgave me, so mission accomplished!

Good customer service SECOND EDIT: I received the autograph today, I am so incredibly happy. I didn’t expect such a fast delivery and it is just perfect, so thank you again! EDIT: It seems that my mail provider completely blocked mails from GoAutographs but I send them another mail address and they managed to change my whole account to this mail address. Thank you for that. I can now track my package and I am looking forward to receiving it. I ordered something from the shop last week and I didn’t receive a confirmation email and got no opportunity to track my package. I already wrote a message via the contact formula and via Facebook and nobody replied. Since the autograph I ordered was really, really expensive, I am panicking a little bit, that I’m gonna lose my money. I would really appreciate, if someone could give me some information about my order and then I would be happy to amend my review.

Avoid GoAutographs.com I ordered a Robert Redford autograph from the website and it did not pass JSA authentication, which cost me $75. I reached out to the website and they stated I have to pay shipping, along with taking the hit on the $75 authentication fee. Per the website, "Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs of unwanted merchandise. This autograph is authentic and not passing JSA’s opinion does not change this fact." JSA is the leader in signature authentication. I asked if I took the poster to Beckett and they said it was fake, if they would refund me the $75 and no response. I do not recommend this website for two reasons: 1. If your autograph is deemed not authentic and you want to return it, you pay the shipping. 2. If JSA, or any other reputable authenticator deems your signature fake, GoAutographs does not believe you. They only believe in their own COA, which is worthless if others deem you fake. It is sad it had to come to this review when I wanted to return this poster and get my authentication fee paid for since the autograph was deemed fake. I worry for the next buyer since I feel this same poster will be reuploaded for sale on their website. Update*** As I stated before, JSA states it takes 4-6 weeks for their LOA to be mailed. Once it arrives, I will send you a photo of their opinion, along with proof of purchase. Update (#3) - After speaking with Julia with GoAutographs, I changed their rating from a 1 star to a 3 star due to the quick communication.

Excellent service and secure packaging Very friendly and helpful support before and after ordering. I ordered a signed poster which arrived exactly as described together with a letter of authenticity. The friendly staff kept me updated on shipping information and the contact with them was really nice. Also the packaging of the poster was very secure with double poster tubes that it survived the long trip and handling during shipment and arrived in perfect condition. Everything perfect :)
