CAGreat service, prices could be lower. After some research, I decided to choose this store. Customer service was excellent. I had a few questions about a particular poster I really wanted to get, and they were friendly and patient, putting to rest all of my doubts. I finally ordered, and I couldn’t be happier. Packing was very secure, although I must say, that my merchandise arrived a bit later than expected. The only other negative issue I would like to point out is about the prices: I do believe autographs are on the expensive side. Also, I would love it if there was more variety when it comes to bigger sized movie posters. For me to be a regular customer In the future, they have to consider revising prices, and make them a little more affordable.

DEGood customer service SECOND EDIT: I received the autograph today, I am so incredibly happy. I didn’t expect such a fast delivery and it is just perfect, so thank you again! EDIT: It seems that my mail provider completely blocked mails from GoAutographs but I send them another mail address and they managed to change my whole account to this mail address. Thank you for that. I can now track my package and I am looking forward to receiving it. I ordered something from the shop last week and I didn’t receive a confirmation email and got no opportunity to track my package. I already wrote a message via the contact formula and via Facebook and nobody replied. Since the autograph I ordered was really, really expensive, I am panicking a little bit, that I’m gonna lose my money. I would really appreciate, if someone could give me some information about my order and then I would be happy to amend my review.

IEWe bought a The Walking Dead… We bought a The Walking Dead autographed photo and unfortunately it arrived damaged. We contacted their customer service department to try and solve the issue at hand. They were very helpful from the get-go. Even though it was disappointing not being able to get the item we originally wanted, we were offered a photograph of higher value for our troubles. Luckily, the second package arrived without a hitch! The whole situation was handled very professionally , and, in the end, it was a positive shopping experience.
