Great service, prices could be lower. After some research, I decided to choose this store. Customer service was excellent. I had a few questions about a particular poster I really wanted to get, and they were friendly and patient, putting to rest all of my doubts. I finally ordered, and I couldn’t be happier. Packing was very secure, although I must say, that my merchandise arrived a bit later than expected. The only other negative issue I would like to point out is about the prices: I do believe autographs are on the expensive side. Also, I would love it if there was more variety when it comes to bigger sized movie posters. For me to be a regular customer In the future, they have to consider revising prices, and make them a little more affordable.

Very pleased Got my signed Russel Crowe photo a few days ago, so far it looks great, by my own research it seems to be authentic, anyways will go get it authenticated by professionals.

Avoid GoAutographs.com I ordered a Robert Redford autograph from the website and it did not pass JSA authentication, which cost me $75. I reached out to the website and they stated I have to pay shipping, along with taking the hit on the $75 authentication fee. Per the website, "Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs of unwanted merchandise. This autograph is authentic and not passing JSA’s opinion does not change this fact." JSA is the leader in signature authentication. I asked if I took the poster to Beckett and they said it was fake, if they would refund me the $75 and no response. I do not recommend this website for two reasons: 1. If your autograph is deemed not authentic and you want to return it, you pay the shipping. 2. If JSA, or any other reputable authenticator deems your signature fake, GoAutographs does not believe you. They only believe in their own COA, which is worthless if others deem you fake. It is sad it had to come to this review when I wanted to return this poster and get my authentication fee paid for since the autograph was deemed fake. I worry for the next buyer since I feel this same poster will be reuploaded for sale on their website. Update*** As I stated before, JSA states it takes 4-6 weeks for their LOA to be mailed. Once it arrives, I will send you a photo of their opinion, along with proof of purchase. Update (#3) - After speaking with Julia with GoAutographs, I changed their rating from a 1 star to a 3 star due to the quick communication.
