We bought a The Walking Dead… We bought a The Walking Dead autographed photo and unfortunately it arrived damaged. We contacted their customer service department to try and solve the issue at hand. They were very helpful from the get-go. Even though it was disappointing not being able to get the item we originally wanted, we were offered a photograph of higher value for our troubles. Luckily, the second package arrived without a hitch! The whole situation was handled very professionally , and, in the end, it was a positive shopping experience.

Great I have just received an index card containing the autograph of us actor Patrick Wilson. I paid for it on the 3rd Dec 2020. It was despatched the day after. It was sent economy and arrived in perfect condition today 31 Dec 2020. Well pleased. I was able to speak to customer service at all times, then always responded to emails. Delivery can take two weeks. Mine has the added problems of postal delays due to Christmas and Coronavirus. Would happily use them again. I also received a certificate of authenticity that corresponds only to my item.

Pleased A few years back my daughter was upset with me for not letting her go to the Ariana Grande concert, and since then she didn’t go on tour again, so to make it up to her I got this signed poster for her birthday and I was a little disappointed that they don’t give you the option to send it as a gift . I had a little bit of a difficult time wrapping a poster so they should definitely consider adding this service. But other than that I am very happy my little girl forgave me, so mission accomplished!
