I have been buying books from Albris… I have been buying books from Albris for over twenty years. I live in Asia, where it is hard to find reasonably priced books in English. So Albris has been a life-line for purchase that I consider to be very important to my professional and personal interests. My only regret is that shipping fees have increased with a depressing remorselessness over the years. A goldmine for lost treasures! Saw the movie 40 yrs ago, but had been unable to find the sci-fi novel it was based on, Robert Merle's 'Malevil,' anywhere (not even on Amazon's French site), so was truly grateful to have found a copy in the original French on Alibris. I don’t understand why a company would label a used book in good condition as this but I guess this is a book in “good condition”. Another thing, I paid for quicker shipping, and it came nearly a week late so don’t bother paying for extra shipping and just get normal shipping.
