So Albris has been a life-line for purchase that I consider to be very important to my professional and personal interests. My only regret is that shipping fees have increased with a depressing remorselessness over the years. Great option for 2nd hand books I like that using Albris allows me to support 2nd hand bookstores across the US and bypass Amazon. I've never had an issue with the quality of books I received and usually receive them within 10 business days at most but often less time than that.

Alibris and their sellers make it right. Out of perhaps 200 transactions through Alibris I have only experienced 3 problems. Each time I contacted Alibris and then the seller involved, the seller then provided a satisfactory solution, for me, for the problem.
