So Albris has been a life-line for purchase that I consider to be very important to my professional and personal interests. My only regret is that shipping fees have increased with a depressing remorselessness over the years. Ordering was a little difficult as the… Ordering was a little difficult as the book I wanted was shown but when I placed the order it was no longer available. Then it showed as available the next time I shopped. Confusing.

Good options and fast shipping This book (The War in Bosnia-Herzegovina) came recommended as a good book to learn about the conflict but appears to be out of print and is quite expensive elsewhere. We were able to find a good quality used copy for very cheap from Alibris, and from a seller that uses their funds to promote literacy in local children. The book shipped very quickly as well. It was all around a very good experience!

I paid for new books from them I paid for new books from them. According to the tracking info from the shipping company, the label was created, but the package was never received by the shipping company. I never received the items I ordered, and Alibris stated that, "They must have been lost in the mail." They have refused to issue a refund or ship the items I ordered. I now have to get legal involved just to get a refund.
