I never received the items I ordered, and Alibris stated that, "They must have been lost in the mail." They have refused to issue a refund or ship the items I ordered. I now have to get legal involved just to get a refund.

Alibris and their sellers make it right. Out of perhaps 200 transactions through Alibris I have only experienced 3 problems. Each time I contacted Alibris and then the seller involved, the seller then provided a satisfactory solution, for me, for the problem.

Great option for 2nd hand books I like that using Albris allows me to support 2nd hand bookstores across the US and bypass Amazon. I've never had an issue with the quality of books I received and usually receive them within 10 business days at most but often less time than that.
