The Customer service person was very easy to work with and answered all my questions to her best ability. I decided to place my order over the phone with her and couldn't be happier. I received an order confirmation almost immediately and I just got my shipping notification less than 24hrs later. What's even more impressive is the order is already scheduled for deliever tomorrow! So, to place an order around 1-2pm est on the 18th, get free shipping, great customer service and see it out for delivery by the 20th is top notch in my book. Definitely have earned my future business.

Family owned business with terrible values & customer service! Most terrible customer service I have ever seen! They don't log the calls, give people incorrect information and when I asked customer service manager Steve to transfer me to someone more senior, he said " we are done" and that their employees wouldn't make any mistakes. I've never been spoken to in such a terrible way with zero accountability for any mistakes they make. Never returning as a customer.

Got a really great discount on them. Shipping wasn't amazon prime fast, but I was happy with it. Things came faster than I expected for "free shipping over $50". Also they have a 1 year return policy which I found great. Another site worth mentioning is outdoorgearlab.com I used their reviews to pick out most of my gear, they seem pretty objective.

I was a little reluctant given that I had never heard of them, but I couldn't be more satisfied. They shipped it the following business day. I received the item within a week of placing the order. Large selection, good prices I've ordered from Campmor for years, and even stopped into the store once when I was traveling down the East coast. Their catalog is a small, black&white cheap affair that keeps their costs down... the website is pretty decent, item descriptions are good and the Q&A section is helpful to get that little bit of extra info. Pricing and shipping are very competitive with massive warehouse corporations.
