Charged expedited shipping, but did not ship 2-day, & did not return extra charges. They offered 2-day shipping option which is why I chose Campmor over a local retailer. Campmor DID NOT ship 2-day. I received the item a week later. When I called customer service, they did nothing. Not even refund the extra $1 they charged for 2-day shipping. Horrible customer service.

First time customer and super impressed! First time customer and super impressed! I placed my first order with campmor on 4/18/17. I had a few questions and decided to give customer service a call. The Customer service person was very easy to work with and answered all my questions to her best ability. I decided to place my order over the phone with her and couldn't be happier. I received an order confirmation almost immediately and I just got my shipping notification less than 24hrs later. What's even more impressive is the order is already scheduled for deliever tomorrow! So, to place an order around 1-2pm est on the 18th, get free shipping, great customer service and see it out for delivery by the 20th is top notch in my book. Definitely have earned my future business.

I love Campmor...40 years ago I started… I love Campmor...40 years ago I started climbing mountains in NH. I bought all my clothing and gear from Campmor...My body has aged and I have slowed down ,,but my Campmor clothing and gear are still in good condition..Admittedly, i take good care of my stuff, but why wouldn't,t I? After all if it is made well, it will last a very long time. Oh also,,,Campmor prices are excellent and service is excellent...

It was a good experience It was a good experience. Ordered on a Thursday, the tracking showed it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and they were delivered Tuesday, a day early. The package included an “easy return” form. To return them, the buyer must pay for return shipping, which seems fair to me—they cover the shipping to buyers when purchasing $49 or more. The Lowa hiking boots are amazingly well-fitting and comfortable. Phone customer service was friendly and helpful, as I called them before ordering to get an estimate for delivery time. They told me that the boots would go out the next day, or same day if ordered before 1:00pm Eastern Time.

Flawless experience… I had never heard of this company before. I was looking for something very specific that was being sold in quite a number of retailers, but I got the best price with Campmor. I was a little reluctant given that I had never heard of them, but I couldn't be more satisfied. They shipped it the following business day. I received the item within a week of placing the order.
