It was a good experience It was a good experience. Ordered on a Thursday, the tracking showed it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and they were delivered Tuesday, a day early. The package included an “easy return” form. To return them, the buyer must pay for return shipping, which seems fair to me—they cover the shipping to buyers when purchasing $49 or more. The Lowa hiking boots are amazingly well-fitting and comfortable. Phone customer service was friendly and helpful, as I called them before ordering to get an estimate for delivery time. They told me that the boots would go out the next day, or same day if ordered before 1:00pm Eastern Time.

Great Experience - Inexpensive Pricing on Standard Equipment I purchased some XL snowpants last December (2013) about a week before Christmas. I placed my order without any issues and received confirmation and shipping details rather quickly. My order was delivered 2 days after Christmas which was pretty awesome considering there were only a few business days from the time I ordered and they were delivered. While the pants I purchased aren't the lightest quality (they were like $50) ...like a pair of $200 burton snowboarding pants would be... the pants I selected worked exactly as I needed them to. They kept me dry and allowed me to run around in the snow while chasing after my little ones. They have great reviews from other customers on the site on various products (of course I left a review on my pants)! They offer a wide variety of high quality clothes, gear and accessories for tons of sports/activities! Check them out it you haven't already.

Got a really great discount on them. Shipping wasn't amazon prime fast, but I was happy with it. Things came faster than I expected for "free shipping over $50". Also they have a 1 year return policy which I found great. Another site worth mentioning is outdoorgearlab.com I used their reviews to pick out most of my gear, they seem pretty objective.

Charged expedited shipping, but did not ship 2-day, & did not return extra charges. They offered 2-day shipping option which is why I chose Campmor over a local retailer. Campmor DID NOT ship 2-day. I received the item a week later. When I called customer service, they did nothing. Not even refund the extra $1 they charged for 2-day shipping. Horrible customer service.
