Campmor is fantastic Campmor is fantastic. Great prices and selection. The store in New Jersey is chocked full of everything you could ever want or need for hiking, backpacking and more. If you don't live nearby, mail order is simple and easy. I have been buying equipment for 5 decades now. Buy at Campmor with confidence.

It was a good experience It was a good experience. Ordered on a Thursday, the tracking showed it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and they were delivered Tuesday, a day early. The package included an “easy return” form. To return them, the buyer must pay for return shipping, which seems fair to me—they cover the shipping to buyers when purchasing $49 or more. The Lowa hiking boots are amazingly well-fitting and comfortable. Phone customer service was friendly and helpful, as I called them before ordering to get an estimate for delivery time. They told me that the boots would go out the next day, or same day if ordered before 1:00pm Eastern Time.

Charged expedited shipping, but did not ship 2-day, & did not return extra charges. They offered 2-day shipping option which is why I chose Campmor over a local retailer. Campmor DID NOT ship 2-day. I received the item a week later. When I called customer service, they did nothing. Not even refund the extra $1 they charged for 2-day shipping. Horrible customer service.

MSR Denali SMU Snowshoe. What is "SMU"? Well an "SMU" is a Special Makeup Unit that is not sold on the general market. "Factory Seconds" or "Blems" is an other way of putting it. These are products that the manufacturer through quality control did not pass standards and were pulled. I noticed the "SMU" label on the product description when I received my Denali snowshoes. This was not in the description of the product on the website. But all in all I thoroughly inspected the snowshoes and see no noticeable problems or "Blemishes". Bindings, traction bars, and the deck are similar to each other and have no noticeable differences or issues. www. wildernessx. com sells them cheaper for $99.95. Just a heads up on that.

Love the Company Love the Company! Always have great service, wonderful product choices of best brands and fair prices. Their 20% off any one item is really appreciated. Have purchased from Campmore for many years and will continue to get my camping supplies there
