Very poor entertainment Very poor entertainment. The entertainer couldnt even complete a balloon animal, just gave the kids premade ones from a basket. I asked for a puppet show, got a magic show (not appropriate for a 2 year old party). Music was poor quality, she spent all her time setting up and not doing anything. Just really poor quality overall. So disappointed with the whole thing, I would never use this entertainment again. Worst 200$ I ever spent

No Show and Still got paid! Paid for a singing telegram but they never showed up yet still said they did so Gigsalad refused a refund. Had to do a charge back instead. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! UPDATE: DON’T TRUST THEIR REVIEW SYSTEM, they remove any unwanted legitimate reviews like my own. UPDATE #2: Now that I got the truth and not some long winded response saying Done and Completed, I’ll consider raising my review to two stars even though I had to go through this hassle to get the truth.

I had a concern about a possible spam gig, sent this information on to Gigsalad and Shannon responded with clear and concise answers. Responsive to Feedback They've always been straightforward and easy to work with. They've always answered my questions in a timely fashion, and have even made some changes in response to suggestions. I was recently impressed at how persistent they were in following thru on a paperwork issue.
