shannon is a crazy women very… shannon is a crazy women very unprofessional. this company back in the day was good great customer service and they took care of there vendors. we back in the day we got great leads not nomore. they suck but now its sinking the staff in the front office must be new and there marketing team sucks this owner needs to the look into the staff. the name GIG SALAD is tarnished. this OWNER should be looking into his company and clean house start with SHANNON. also gig salad is in a law suit. Kudos to Austin and Shannon I spoke with Shannon last year and again today. Good customer relations is crucial, it makes a huge difference. She handled my questions patiently and clearly. She had no hard-to-understand accent. Musicians are hard to deal with at times. This kind of personal service is rare. Spoke with Austin recently and the same goes for him.
