GBElvis We used Gigsalad are were very pleased. Our only problem with them was we had the change the date from April 22nd 24 up to April 13th of 24 and they charged us twice saying that the entertainer may have had an booking for the 22nd and because we had booked him however we had paid for him that that was not refundable and that because we were moving it up to the 13th we would have to pee pain in full again. I felt like the customer service was rude and abrupt. However, the entertainer, Ralph Elizondo as Elvis was absolutely perfection. He went over and above to make our lake community more than happy. We were excited about having an Elvis entertainer, but we were a little apprehensive as to what we would get. This was unbelievable. Our Elvis, Ralph, was amazing to say the least. We felt like we had gone back in time as we were all in our early '70s. Our grounds on our property were decorated appropriately for a '50s throwback party. But when Elvis walked on stage, we absolutely got goosebumps. His voice is incredible. His performance is amazing. His gyrations were unbelievable and I mean unbelievable. His voice just sent us into that new realm of going back in time. You can't imagine how fantastic it was to hear him do the '50s Elvis for 45 minutes. He then took a 30-minute break and came back and did the '70s Elvis, new costumes and everything. His music was right on cue. We felt like we were back in Las Vegas watching Elvis's Las Vegas shows. If you ever get a chance to hire an Elvis imitator/impersonator, Ralph Elizondo is absolutely the best. I will end this review insane that we were 100% satisfied with his performance, the meet and greet, the photos prior to and after the performance was more than we ever expected. He was a gentle spirit with an incredible voice. He was so kind and enduring to all the people in the audience. He even gave special recognition to many people due to recent losses. He was kind and considerate sincere and sensitive to all the people he encountered. The people were allowed to use their cell phones to videotape his performance and to get specific pictures with him. Our professional floating photographer got 450 pictures of his performances. Again I say Ralph Alexander out of Houston is absolutely far and above any impersonator we have ever encountered 100% the best!

GBIncredible Jonathan Carlisle Jonathan Carlisle easily saved the night by being a part of my company's holiday party this past December. I "won" the luck of the draw to plan our small event for the holiday season. Everything was great, I had the place picked out and the food options, and then my boss said what about music. I said we have a playlist, and he said that it isn't live music. This was about a week out from the event date and I about fell over. There were still some funds in the budget and fortunately, I stumbled upon the pianist Jonathan Carlisle. He was able to commit under such short notice and even played my favorite Christmas song :) Thank you again for being such a pleasure to work with and under such short notice. Hope to have you a part of next year's gathering!

GBPositive feedback I wanted to take a moment to leave positive feedback for Shannon from GigSalad. She spent about an hr answering all my questions. She was friendly and very helpful.
