No Show and Still got paid! Paid for a singing telegram but they never showed up yet still said they did so Gigsalad refused a refund. Had to do a charge back instead. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! UPDATE: DON’T TRUST THEIR REVIEW SYSTEM, they remove any unwanted legitimate reviews like my own. UPDATE #2: Now that I got the truth and not some long winded response saying Done and Completed, I’ll consider raising my review to two stars even though I had to go through this hassle to get the truth.

This is a great service This is a great service. Very well run. From booking gigs, to sending review links to past clients, to answering emails and phone calls. They really have thought of everything to make booking gigs easy and profitable! Highly recommended!

UNRELIABLE! Booked in advance and paid in full Booked in advance and paid in full! The artist never showed up! Totally pissed off. Now fighting to get ALL MY MONEY back. Be very careful, as an excuse that the artist put in a wrong date of my event, when they were advised 2 months in advance is a typical excuse of inefficient and irresponsible organization and people they use to conduct their business.
