No Show and Still got paid! Paid for a singing telegram but they never showed up yet still said they did so Gigsalad refused a refund. Had to do a charge back instead. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! UPDATE: DON’T TRUST THEIR REVIEW SYSTEM, they remove any unwanted legitimate reviews like my own. UPDATE #2: Now that I got the truth and not some long winded response saying Done and Completed, I’ll consider raising my review to two stars even though I had to go through this hassle to get the truth.

Incredible Jonathan Carlisle Jonathan Carlisle easily saved the night by being a part of my company's holiday party this past December. I "won" the luck of the draw to plan our small event for the holiday season. Everything was great, I had the place picked out and the food options, and then my boss said what about music. I said we have a playlist, and he said that it isn't live music. This was about a week out from the event date and I about fell over. There were still some funds in the budget and fortunately, I stumbled upon the pianist Jonathan Carlisle. He was able to commit under such short notice and even played my favorite Christmas song :) Thank you again for being such a pleasure to work with and under such short notice. Kudos to Austin and Shannon I spoke with Shannon last year and again today. Good customer relations is crucial, it makes a huge difference. She handled my questions patiently and clearly. She had no hard-to-understand accent. Musicians are hard to deal with at times. This kind of personal service is rare. Spoke with Austin recently and the same goes for him. I have added respect for Gig Salad.
