Great Service From AMS Recently made a purchase of a new guitar through AMS, and I can say their service is great. Initially I ordered a “minor blemish” product, and when it came in I just wasn’t happy with the product. I messaged AMS, and within 2 weeks I had a replacement. On top of that they have some of the most flexible financing out there. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Had what others did not Looked everywhere for two Bose F1 Model 812 carry bags, but even Bose didn’t have any in stock. Called AMS to verify they not only sold the bags but actually had them in stock. The sales staff assured me they did and the bags were shipped to us in FL that day. They arrived quickly so we had them to protect our investment before our first concert. Excellent experience. Will definitely use AMS again.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! I ordered a bass, amp, case etc from AMS. They have an excellent payment plan with no credit check. A huge selection and decent prices. The items were shipped quicly and I received them in good order. I was missing a couple items. I called and the nice lady (cant remember her name unfortunately) was polite and helpful and had replacements sent out within hours with no hassles. If you have an issue with this company, its your own fault. Buy with confidence!
