Great Service From AMS Recently made a purchase of a new guitar through AMS, and I can say their service is great. Initially I ordered a “minor blemish” product, and when it came in I just wasn’t happy with the product. I messaged AMS, and within 2 weeks I had a replacement. On top of that they have some of the most flexible financing out there. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! I ordered a bass, amp, case etc from AMS. They have an excellent payment plan with no credit check. A huge selection and decent prices. The items were shipped quicly and I received them in good order. I was missing a couple items. I called and the nice lady (cant remember her name unfortunately) was polite and helpful and had replacements sent out within hours with no hassles. If you have an issue with this company, its your own fault. Buy with confidence!

Never ordering from them again I have spent thousands of dollars with American Musical but will never spend another dollar. I returned two products weeks after my purchase but still within the 45 day return policy so I no longer had the original boxes. Called to set up a return with customer service. There was never a mention that the original boxes were needed to avoid a $25 fee for each item. Talked who a supervisor Zach who went back and listened to the call and said that's correct the rep never mentioned they needed to be in the original boxes. Then said the $50 charge was still going to stand. Well you lost a customer.
