The package was delayed and upon my request for a refund back to their free standard shipping, I was told it that is was not OMC's responsibility to handle the issue after it leaves their building, despite contacting UPS prior, who assured me the shipping charges will be refunded back to the account that was used to pay for it, per UPS' official policy on 3-day select shipping. So they keep my $70, and my package arrives 3 days late... How is this legal?

Excellent customer service. I purchased a dromedary bag from OMC gear recently, there was a minor issue with another item out of stock that they informed me of quickly and clearly. The options offered with regard to the out of stock item were meaningful and broad. They responded promptly to my questions with direct and clear answers. The items delivered were in outstanding condition, were well packed and arrived promptly. A first class establishment. Highly recommended.

OMC Gear Customer Service is outstanding. I ordered Asolo TPS 535 V Hiking Boot - Men's. I inquired about returns and proper sizing. Jack and Chris from Customer service were exceptionally responsive and helpful. My order was delivered on time and I am very pleased with the purchase. Will definitely order again from OMCGear. Too soon to tell Apparently my package is on it's way but UPS hasn't delivered it. We're experiencing some inclement weather so I tried to schedule it to be delivered to a location that's easier to access. My request was denied. UPS said this option is restricted by OMC. Now I have to pick up my package between 330pm and 730pm on a weekday at UPS. No daytime or weekend hours. Please OMC, change this delivery restriction.

Great customer service I ordered a avy beacon through OMC for an upcoming trip and they had the foresight to call after the order and walk me through the shipping options on a Sunday to make sure I didn't miss my critical date. Super friendly, great price, helpful customer service. Would definitely shop here again.
