Dishonest, not willing to honor cashback offer I placed an order following a link from a cashback website Activejunky where OMCgear advertises a 15% cash back. Despite my purchase being tracked and complying with all their conditions (no coupon codes etc), the company just decided to deny cashback on a whim. False advertising to say the least. I will be refusing the delivery of my order and will not do business with them again.

Best price and great service! Wanted to replace my Salewa Wildfire Edge approach shoes that were worn out after 3 years of use. Best approach/hiking shoe I have ever owned. I was happy to find the shoes are still made but in searching for the best price I found OMC Gear was the only one offering a discount on the MSR price. I ordered on Tuesday, they were shipped on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday. Couldn't be happier having saved $42 and great service. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great first purchase I was looking for some warm down jackets for my fiance and I and really wanted to get two Patagonia jackets that we did some research on. We found them both on OMCgear for amazing prices. We accidentally ordered them separately, and emailed customer service to combine the shipping. They were prompt with their response and delivered both with no issues. They quickly refunded my fiance for her shipping charge. Great customer service, great price.

"I.T. was unaware" "I.T. was unaware." OMC advertised a pop-up 20% off coupon a few seconds after I went to the item's page. Coupon in cart said "invalid." I called. Creep said "I.T. dept was unaware it was already on sale." I said it's the law to honor the advertisement. He said "We are not under any obligation" and hung up. ILLEGAL COMPANY pretends they are outside the law. GO ELSEWHERE. ARROGANT AND CONTEMPTUOUS.
