Too soon to tell Apparently my package is on it's way but UPS hasn't delivered it. We're experiencing some inclement weather so I tried to schedule it to be delivered to a location that's easier to access. My request was denied. UPS said this option is restricted by OMC. Now I have to pick up my package between 330pm and 730pm on a weekday at UPS. No daytime or weekend hours. Please OMC, change this delivery restriction.

Good experience The site had the backpack I wanted (Osprey 50L in eggplant) for the cheapest price online. The checkout process was normal although it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but it was easy to track online. My new member sign up discount code didn't apply to the purchase but overall a good experience!

Great customer service I ordered a avy beacon through OMC for an upcoming trip and they had the foresight to call after the order and walk me through the shipping options on a Sunday to make sure I didn't miss my critical date.
