NO FREE RETURNS =STAY AWAY i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover. In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Great first purchase I was looking for some warm down jackets for my fiance and I and really wanted to get two Patagonia jackets that we did some research on. We found them both on OMCgear for amazing prices. We accidentally ordered them separately, and emailed customer service to combine the shipping. They were prompt with their response and delivered both with no issues. They quickly refunded my fiance for her shipping charge. Great customer service, great price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my new jacket ! Just purchased a NorthFace Themoball Hoodiejacket. After looking on numerous websites, Omcgear had it advertised for $161. It's $229 on the NF website. I am totally happy with this product because it is the REAL thing. And saving $60 (to put in the gas tank) was the greatest satisfaction of all. it arrived as promised, and I'm already wearing it! Thanks Omcgear, I'm sure to be a future customer.

Fischer SBound 78 Fantastic ski. Using beefy Crispi Antarctic 3-pin boots. Best combination yet in 40+ yrs. A tad wide for some cut xc tracks and a tad light for lift served telemarking (groomed east coast ice). Phenomenal performance cutting my own tracks anywhere I want to go. Glide for a no wax is pretty good. Turning capability is excellent. Had to buy two pair. One will be a rock ski in iffy conditions and for my buds to use. The other I will baby for a while.

Bunch of scam artists here Bunch of scam artists here. I paid $70 for 3-day shipping through UPS. The package was delayed and upon my request for a refund back to their free standard shipping, I was told it that is was not OMC's responsibility to handle the issue after it leaves their building, despite contacting UPS prior, who assured me the shipping charges will be refunded back to the account that was used to pay for it, per UPS' official policy on 3-day select shipping. So they keep my $70, and my package arrives 3 days late... How is this legal?
