Quick service, Great product I ordered a pair of bc xc skis for a christmas present. OMCGear had exactly what I was looking for, brand new, for cheaper than anywhere else I could find. On top of that, they shipped to Alaska quicker than most orders I've experienced from "the lower 48" and didn't even charge as an oversize product! Great experience, quick service, would definitely recommend them.

NO FREE RETURNS =STAY AWAY i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover. In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Best pricing for top brands! My online experience was perfect. I was shopping for a specific North face backpack and found it for $15 less than all other stores. I received a free Northface water bottle as a bonus! Shipping was free and was shipped within an hour after ordering. I will definitely shop here again!

Dishonest Review Process I purchased a pair of Salewa Gore-Tex waterproof hiking boots one year ago. After the first long hike, both boots developed major leaks. I tried to review these boots so as to warn others but the review could not be accepted because I did not recommend the product. The review form asked me to prove I was not a robot. I did. The form acknowledged that I was not a robot. But when I submitted the review with one star and a negative recommendation, I became a robot and the review was rejected. Stay away from this company.

Bunch of scam artists here Bunch of scam artists here. I paid $70 for 3-day shipping through UPS. The package was delayed and upon my request for a refund back to their free standard shipping, I was told it that is was not OMC's responsibility to handle the issue after it leaves their building, despite contacting UPS prior, who assured me the shipping charges will be refunded back to the account that was used to pay for it, per UPS' official policy on 3-day select shipping. So they keep my $70, and my package arrives 3 days late... How is this legal?
