Had ordered before without issue but… Had ordered before without issue but had heard of shipping problems. Glad they are still up and going as everything arrived fast and safe. Will be back!

Multiple purchases from here and all… Multiple purchases from here and all arrived without issue Faster shipping would be awesome but I’d rather get the figures in safer condition than next day shipping from other sites that just throw them in a box. Just placed another order so thank you again for all the evil dead and Halloween figures you offer

I preordered a Pinhead figure a couple… I preordered a Pinhead figure a couple months ago and just got it in today. I am familiar with how preorders work and also had checked out reviews of horrormerch and also their restock list. This was my first purchase and they definitely took care of me. I had contacted their support and it told me where to look for updates. I also received automated updates as well. In seeing these negative reviews I will say Im glad horrormerch proved them wrong. No issues with my shipment and everything was packed well. Some of these reviewers need to just stop being trolls.

A Forever Customer I love HorrorMerch! They always have products I can't find anywhere else, and that's what has kept me as a customer for years. As a collector of horror movie memorabilia, this site is always my first go-to when I'm needing new items to add to my collection. The website is easy to navigate, the products are top-notch and great quality (even the tshirts are great quality), everything is reasonably priced, and the customer service is friendly and helpful. I've never had a negative experience with HorrorMerch.

Got another batch of shirts in and they… Got another batch of shirts in and they are terrific! Always on point with print quality and shipping speed. Noticed the hate here, but if you understand they aren't Walmart and they actually take care of you, you'll get your merch as soon as it's printed! Definitely purchasing again, esp from a small business during the holiday season! Thanks again!!!
